In The Beginning: A Creation Retreat on Genesis 1 & Science

Take a weekend journey to the beginning of time and the world. Utilizing amazing discoveries in the sciences (including cosmetology, astronomy, archeology, and biology), this retreat unlocks the ancient Hebrew text of Genesis 1 and explores mysteries found in the Bible related to creation, the nature of our universe, and God. Transcending the debate that often exists between faith and science, this seminar bridges the two disciplines of thought through a fascinating new view on creation called the Ancient-Young perspective. In addition to lecture and discussion sessions, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the natural surroundings of Loucon with a stargaze on Friday night and a nature hike on Saturday. Open to clergy and laity.

$60 through April 17 $70 after April 17 cost includes lodging at Turner lodge and two meals on Saturday.
